Haste Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has haste. Reconfigure {R} ({R}: Attach to target creature you control; or unattach from a creature. Reconfigure only as a sorcery. While attached, this isn't a creature.)

Equipped creature has hexproof and haste. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.) Equip {1}

Target creature gets +3/+1 until end of turn. Exile the top card of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card.

{3}, Sacrifice Burnished Hart: Search your library for up to two basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Artifact spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Whenever you cast a red spell, if Runaway Steam-Kin has fewer than three +1/+1 counters on it, put a +1/+1 counter on Runaway Steam-Kin. Remove three +1/+1 counters from Runaway Steam-Kin: Add {R}{R}{R}.
