Reporting a bug-Sea Gate Restoration

{"ops":[{"insert":"When trying to put Sea Gate Restoration in my deck (imported from clipboard) the card doesn't appear in the list, but still is counted as part of the 100, and the site lists SGR as banned in commander and there are errors in the deck. When I try to manually put the card in, it appears, but puts the deck at 101 and the card is still considered illegal in Commander. I checked several banned lists and I don't see Sea Gate Restoration banned in any format\n"}]}
