The main idea is to get and maintain a board state and when you are able tutor and case Eternal Dominion, then play your opponents stuff to win. I chose Derevi as the commander since they can be played out of the commandzone sans casting and they allow you to untap things that can cheat your other cards out. The rest of the deck is basically a cheat out your creatures kinda build that allows you to morph, quicksilver amulet/piper, eternalize, encore, and emablam your way to vicory while you pull all the peice out of your opponents deck to win. I thought the was a good deck to include as many manlands as possible and channel abilites as well since youc an still use those to effect the board after your Eternal Dominion begins!\n\nAnd here is the deck poem which I thought was delightful lol.\n\nIn the realm where magic thrives,  \nDerevi, Empyrial Tactician arrives,  \nLeading a host of creatures diverse,  \nIn a symphony of spells they immerse.\n\nEternal Dominion, a powerful decree,  \nQuicksilver Amulet for swift victory,  \nThunderclap Drake and Mocking Sprite,  \nSolving equations in the mystical night.\n\nJin-Gitaxias, Deekah, and more,  \nAn eclectic band on the forest floor,  \nFrom islands to forests, they roam free,  \nIn this magic realm, where destiny weaves.\n\nThrough plains and caves, they boldly tread,  \nInfinite possibilities in their deck now spread,  \nDerevi, commander of wit and might,  \nGuides them through the mystical night.\n\n"}]}

Once there, we're using reanimation tricks and well timed sacrifice effects to double up and distribute power to build our board of Gruff Goat tokens. We're being tricky here, trying to reanimate or recur Gruff Triplets with the dies trigger on the stack so all our new tokens will benefit from the power distribution. Through some crafty top-deck manipulation and a couple backup plans, your Hidden Commander, Phage the Untouchable, will assassinate opponents from hidden locations. The early game involves Etrata's assassin-theft theme, but this is a mere distraction. In the midgame, draw out removal by flipping scary manifested cards like Vein Ripper or Toxrill, the Corrosive. Meanwhile, your true win-con sneaks up on your opponents undetected. Phage the Untouchable is truly hidden, as her downsides (lack of evasion, a \"lose the game\" clause) can be averted by never putting her on the battlefield. Vesuvan Drifter and Likeness Looter can shapeshift into her when she's on the top of your library or in your graveyard, respectively. If things get desperate and you must risk it, disguise Phage under the Cryptic Coat and swing in for the kill! This deck is recommended to play with friends, as its shady nature is unlikely to inspire new ones.\n\nThe threat of Phage is ever-present.
