{"ops":[{"insert":"There's nothing quite like a Hollywood party, is there? That is to say, there's nothing else that looks like stylized perfection on the surface while actually being a cacophony of people who all think they're in charge, screaming like toddlers because the server with the mini ahi tuna tacos is on the other side of the room and they need another wild mushroom risotto cake and are sure those were with the tuna, while the sous chef is busy madly heaping sliders onto platters as fast as the staff can go back and forth because there's one guy camping the kitchen who generally jams four or five into his greasy maw every time a server emerges with a fresh platter and we've started sending the hors d'oeuvres down out the back door and around to the front so that anybody else can get a crack, but we have to do it fast because the buffet is supposed to open in six minutes and we've got ourself a self-described artist assembling the fruit and cheese platters into the likeness of Michelangelo's David and he's lethal with the butter knife so do NOT disturb that and, by the powers, we were supposed to have reubens why is there roast beef and mixed salad greens on toasted bread these people are from New York they know what a Reuben is and are going to crucify us if it goes out like this, so platter up the desserts to buy time because if the raspberry linzer bars don't fix this we are all DEAD.\n\nJust ask Rocco. Rocco is a caterer. Rocco knows.\n\nRocco also knows, like everyone who has ever been in the business (myself included) that the caterer isn't the shining star. Oh, no... the star here is "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Tamanoa"}},{"insert":". Appropriate, seeing that this non-legendary spirit Prima Donna is almost literally a shining star and has been too good for the Command Zone for years. That's right, Rocco's main goal, as with every caterer, is to serve the guest of honor, and that means making sure that Tamanoa is here to ensure we don't kill ourselves with the vast swaths of mayhem that always come along with any high-class party. Honestly, it's a wonder that most venues aren't always on fire. In a way, Rocco has brought a dream to life that's been deferred since the release of Coldsnap.\n\nWith Tamanoa out, there is both a general strategy (spite to the world with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Manabarbs"}},{"insert":" and friends that will deal damage the world over, but gain us life) and a few combos, notably "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Searing Meditation"}},{"insert":" to machine-gun down the world or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Aetherflux Reservoir"}},{"insert":" to close out the game. Tamanoa can be recovered from a bad night out with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Eternal Witness"}},{"insert":" or"},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sun Titan"}},{"insert":", or directly should "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Wheel of Sun and Moon"}},{"insert":" be in play.\n\nAside from the star, Rocco has a highly competent support staff of utility creatures and enchantresses... and also a highly belligerent list of hatebear guests to serve up. The staff is there to make sure that the party gets going, and the guests are there to \"enjoy it\" and ensure that everything goes awfully pear shaped.\n"}]}
