Commander creatures you own have "Whenever you cast a spell from exile, this creature deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to target opponent."

Indestructible As long as your devotion to blue and black is less than seven, Phenax isn't a creature. Creatures you control have "{T}: Target player mills X cards, where X is this creature's toughness."

{T}: Each player exiles the top card of their library face down. {7}, {T}, Sacrifice Pyxis of Pandemonium: Each player turns face up all cards they own exiled with Pyxis of Pandemonium, then puts all permanent cards among them onto the battlefield.

Flying {U}, Sacrifice Siren Stormtamer: Counter target spell or ability that targets you or a creature you control.

When Goblin Engineer enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an artifact card, put it into your graveyard, then shuffle. {R}, {T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Return target artifact card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player chooses draw step, main phase, or combat phase. The player skips each instance of the chosen step or phase this turn.
