Finally there's "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Dark Depths"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Thespian's Stage"}},{"insert":" because a 20/20 tentacle monster is both nice to have AND on theme!\n The snow lands are in the deck for several reasons, chief amongst which is the fact they synergise with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Marit Lage's Slumber"}},{"insert":" to make a 20/20, and with "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Icebreaker Kraken"}},{"insert":" to make it a cheap 8/8 that can be copied with our commander.\n\n Not many legendary sea creatures in this deck because making tokens of them isn't going to work and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Mirror Box"}},{"insert":" is too inconsistent to justify them. The exceptions to this are "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Wrexial, the Risen Deep"}},{"insert":" because it does fantastic work letting me cast other players' ramp, removal, draw spells, whatever; "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep"}},{"insert":" because its a second "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Whelming Wave"}},{"insert":" that has a big body attached to it; and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Gyruda, Doom of Depths"}},{"insert":" because the ETB is very nice to repeat.
