Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Halsin wants to do what every true magic player does, which is to kill his enemies with bears. However, bears have two problems, they're only 2/2s and they're wildly expensive, sometimes costing so much as 10 cents! Halsin doesn't have that much money, so he's just proxying cards into bears. Clue tokens, Food tokens, Faerie Dragon tokens when he wants a bear in the air. He just draws bears on them and now they're 4/4s!\n\nI'd found myself disliking how much money I spent on the game, so I gave the deck a max 50 cent per card budget limit, which forced what I felt were very interesting choices. Hard Evidence is suddenly a very hard-hitting 2 cent card, 2 bears in 1 for 1 mana! (Prices have changed since I originally built it, more people read Jaheera and realized that it is, in fact, a crazy ability.)\n\nI really recommend hyperbudget decks for anyone burnt out on deck-building in general, it shows you so many \"unplayable\" cards that you can try to turn into a functional pile. And it saves money!\n\nHipster Quotient: 77%\n"}]}
