Sorcery
Exile target card that's an instant or sorcery from your graveyard. For each card exiled this way, copy it, and you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost. Exile Mizzix's Mastery. Overload {5}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
"On Deck"
This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the total amount of noncombat damage dealt to your opponents this turn. Trample Whenever a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, Chandra's Incinerator deals that much damage to target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
{T}: Add {U}. When you spend this mana to cast an instant or sorcery spell with mana value 3 or less, you may exile that spell instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard as it resolves. {3}{U}{U}, {T}: You may cast any number of spells from among cards exiled with Forger's Foundry without paying their mana costs. Activate only as a sorcery.
