Commander
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a shield counter on target creature an opponent controls. Whenever you put one or more counters on a creature you don't control, tap that creature and goad it. It gains trample until your next turn. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
Bribery
When Filigree Vector enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on each of any number of target creatures and a charge counter on each of any number of target artifacts. {1}, {T}, Sacrifice another artifact: Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
If a creature with a magnet counter on it attacks, all creatures with magnet counters on them attack if able. Whenever a creature with a magnet counter on it attacks, all creatures with magnet counters on them block that creature this turn if able. {1}, {T}: Put a magnet counter on target creature.
At the beginning of your end step, for each player, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature that player controls. Each creature with one or more counters on it can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless its controller pays {X}, where X is the number of counters on that creature.
Card Draw
Counter Support
+1: Choose up to one target creature. Put a +1/+1 counter and a counter from among flying, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance on it. −3: Look at the top seven cards of your library. You may put a permanent card with mana value 3 or less from among them onto the battlefield with a shield counter on it. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. −7: Create five 3/3 white Angel creature tokens with flying.

Politics
At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent chooses money, friends, or secrets. For each player who chose money, you and that player each create a Treasure token. For each player who chose friends, you and that player each create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token. For each player who chose secrets, you and that player each draw a card.
Proliferate
Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once. • Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) • Target creature phases out. (Treat it and anything attached to it as though they don't exist until its controller's next turn.) • Counter target activated or triggered ability.
When Contagion Engine enters the battlefield, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature target player controls. {4}, {T}: Proliferate, then proliferate again. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)
Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for the most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.) Park Heights Maverick can't be blocked by creatures with power 2 or less. Whenever Park Heights Maverick deals combat damage to a player or dies, proliferate.
Protection
Addendum — If you cast this spell during your main phase, put a shield counter on a creature you control. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Choose a kind of counter on a creature you control. Put a counter of that kind on each other creature you control.
Whenever you attack, put a shield counter on target attacking creature. Until end of turn, it gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, remove a shield counter from it. If you do, draw a card." (If a creature with a shield counter on it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
Ramp
Look at the top six cards of your library. Put up to two land cards from among them onto the battlefield tapped and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If you put fewer than two lands onto the battlefield this way, proliferate a number of times equal to the difference. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose one — • Creatures you control get +1/+1 and gain trample until end of turn. • Target land gains "{T}: Add {G}{G}{G}" until end of turn. • Draw a card if you control a creature with power 3 or greater. • You gain 3 life.
{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.
Tempting offer — Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. For each opponent who searches a library this way, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched a library this way shuffles.
Recursion
Maybeboard
Escalate—Tap an untapped creature you control. (Pay this cost for each mode chosen beyond the first.) Choose one or more — • Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater. • Destroy target enchantment. • Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature target player controls.
Graft 2 (This creature enters the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this creature onto it.) {U}, {T}: Gain control of target creature with a +1/+1 counter on it for as long as Cytoplast Manipulator remains on the battlefield.
Graft 4 (This creature enters the battlefield with four +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this creature onto it.) When Cytoplast Root-Kin enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it. {2}: Move a +1/+1 counter from target creature you control onto Cytoplast Root-Kin.
Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.) Black creatures can't attack you. Nonblack creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.
Graft 3 (This creature enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield, you may move a +1/+1 counter from this creature onto it.) {2}: Target creature with a +1/+1 counter on it gains shroud until end of turn. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities.)
Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Treat phased-out permanents and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until their controller's next turn.)
Scholar of New Horizons enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it. {T}, Remove a counter from a permanent you control: Search your library for a Plains card and reveal it. If an opponent controls more lands than you, you may put that card onto the battlefield tapped. If you don't put the card onto the battlefield, put it into your hand. Then shuffle.
When Tolarian Contempt enters the battlefield, put a rejection counter on each creature your opponents control. At the beginning of your end step, for each opponent, choose up to one target creature they control with a rejection counter on it. That creature's owner puts it on the top or bottom of their library.
