Commander
Daxos of Meletis can't be blocked by creatures with power 3 or greater. Whenever Daxos of Meletis deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You gain life equal to that card's mana value. Until end of turn, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
Artifact
Creature
At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if that player controls more creatures than you, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token. At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if that player controls more lands than you, you may search your library for a basic Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
Protection from red When Lavinia of the Tenth enters the battlefield, detain each nonland permanent your opponents control with mana value 4 or less. (Until your next turn, those permanents can't attack or block and their activated abilities can't be activated.)
During your turn, your opponents can't cast spells or activate abilities of artifacts, creatures, or enchantments. Whenever Myrel, Shield of Argive attacks, create X 1/1 colorless Soldier artifact creature tokens, where X is the number of Soldiers you control.
You may look at the top card of your library any time. As long as The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, you may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. Reconfigure {2}{U} ({2}{U}: Attach to target creature you control; or unattach from a creature. Reconfigure only as a sorcery. While attached, this isn't a creature.)
