Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. That player discards that card. If you don't control a Faerie, exile a card from your hand.

Halo Forager

When Halo Forager enters the battlefield, you may pay {X}. When you do, you may cast target instant or sorcery card with mana value X from a graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Spell Stutter

Counter target spell unless its controller pays {2} plus an additional {1} for each Faerie you control.
