Commander
Artifact
Equipped creature gets +3/+0 and has intimidate. (It can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.) Whenever equipped creature attacks, until the end of defending player's next turn, that player gets two rad counters whenever they cast a spell. Equip {3}
At the beginning of your end step, put an influence counter on Palantír of Orthanc and scry 2. Then target opponent may have you draw a card. If that player doesn't, you mill X cards, where X is the number of influence counters on Palantír of Orthanc, and that player loses life equal to the total mana value of those cards.
Indestructible When The One Ring enters the battlefield, if you cast it, you gain protection from everything until your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life for each burden counter on The One Ring. {T}: Put a burden counter on The One Ring, then draw a card for each burden counter on The One Ring.
Creature
Trample Agent Frank Horrigan has indestructible as long as it attacked this turn. Whenever Agent Frank Horrigan enters the battlefield or attacks, proliferate twice. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Flying Bloatfly Swarm enters the battlefield with five +1/+1 counters on it. If damage would be dealt to Bloatfly Swarm while it has a +1/+1 counter on it, prevent that damage, remove that many +1/+1 counters from it, then give each player a rad counter for each +1/+1 counter removed this way.
Vigilance, reach When Harold and Bob, First Numens dies, if it was a creature, return it to the battlefield. It's an Aura enchantment with enchant Forest you control and "Enchanted Forest has '{T}: Add three mana of any one color. You get two rad counters.'" Harold and Bob loses all other abilities.
Flying, trample When Roalesk, Apex Hybrid enters the battlefield, put two +1/+1 counters on another target creature you control. When Roalesk dies, proliferate, then proliferate again. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Then do it again.)
Intimidate (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.) When Sepulchral Primordial enters the battlefield, for each opponent, you may put up to one target creature card from that player's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent. {1}{B}: Each player mills a card. (They each put the top card of their library into their graveyard.)
When Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)
When The Master, Transcendent enters the battlefield, target player gets two rad counters. {T}: Put target creature card in a graveyard that was milled this turn onto the battlefield under your control. It's a green Mutant with base power and toughness 3/3. (It loses its other colors and creature types.)
Flying Whenever Vexing Radgull deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two rad counters if they don't have any rad counters. Otherwise, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Trample, haste If you would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, put twice that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. If an opponent would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, they put half that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead, rounded down.
If one or more counters would be put on an artifact or creature you control, that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters are put on that permanent instead. If you would get one or more counters, you get that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters instead.
Enchantment
At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Bloodchief Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.) Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if Bloodchief Ascension has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.
Hideaway 5 (When this enchantment enters the battlefield, look at the top five cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.) At the beginning of your upkeep, you may mill three cards. Then if there are twenty or more cards in your graveyard, you may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
As Struggle for Project Purity enters the battlefield, choose Brotherhood or Enclave. • Brotherhood — At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent draws a card. You draw a card for each card drawn this way. • Enclave — Whenever a player attacks you with one or more creatures, that player gets twice that many rad counters.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Each player gets three rad counters. II — Create X 2/2 black Zombie Mutant creature tokens, where X is the total number of rad counters among players. III — Put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control that's a Zombie or Mutant.
Instant
Permanents you control with counters on them gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to those permanents this turn. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out. (To proliferate, choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there. Treat phased-out permanents and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until their controller's next turn.)
Land
Port of Karfell enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {U}. {3}{U}{B}{B}, {T}, Sacrifice Port of Karfell: Mill four cards, then return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)
Planeswalker
Compleated ({B/P} can be paid with {B} or 2 life. If life was paid, this planeswalker enters with two fewer loyalty counters.) 0: You draw a card and you lose 1 life. Proliferate. −2: Target creature becomes a Treasure artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color" and loses all other card types and abilities. −9: If target player has fewer than nine poison counters, they get a number of poison counters equal to the difference.
Sorcery
Delve (Each card you exile from your graveyard while casting this spell pays for {1}.) Target opponent mills nine cards, then you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from that player's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
Maybeboard
Descend 4 — As long as there are four or more permanent cards in your graveyard, Akawalli, the Seething Tower gets +2/+2 and has trample. Descend 8 — As long as there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard, Akawalli gets an additional +2/+2 and can't be blocked by more than one creature.
Equipped creature has myriad. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of that creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) Equip {4}
Deathtouch Whenever Blight Titan enters the battlefield or attacks, mill two cards, then incubate X, where X is the number of creature cards in your graveyard. (Create an Incubator token with X +1/+1 counters on it and "{2}: Transform this artifact." It transforms into a 0/0 Phyrexian artifact creature.)
At the beginning of your end step, if you descended this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. (You descended if a permanent card was put into your graveyard from anywhere.) {5}{B}{B}, Sacrifice Canonized in Blood: Create a 4/3 white and black Vampire Demon creature token with flying.
As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may collect evidence 6. Destroy all creatures. If evidence was collected, exile a card from an opponent's graveyard. Then search its owner's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with that name and exile them. That player shuffles, then draws a card for each card exiled from their hand this way.
You may have Flesh Duplicate enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has vanishing 3 if that creature doesn't have vanishing. (A permanent with vanishing 3 enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
Each other creature you control that's a Zombie or Mutant gets +X/+X, where X is the number of counters on Hancock, Ghoulish Mayor. Undying (When this creature dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.)
Whenever Kagha, Shadow Archdruid attacks, it gains deathtouch until end of turn. Mill two cards. (Put the top two cards of your library into your graveyard.) Once during each of your turns, you may play a land or cast a permanent spell from among cards in your graveyard that were put there from your library this turn.
Ward {2} (Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {2}.) When Nightkin Ambusher enters the battlefield, target player gets four rad counters. Nightkin Ambusher can't be blocked as long as defending player has a rad counter.
When Old Rutstein enters the battlefield or at the beginning of your upkeep, mill a card. If a land card is milled this way, create a Treasure token. If a creature card is milled this way, create a 1/1 green Insect creature token. If a noncreature, nonland card is milled this way, create a Blood token.
Menace At the beginning of your end step, if you descended this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on Stalactite Stalker. (You descended if a permanent card was put into your graveyard from anywhere.) {2}{B}, Sacrifice Stalactite Stalker: Target creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is Stalactite Stalker's power.
When Starving Revenant enters the battlefield, surveil 2. Then for each card you put on top of your library, you draw a card and you lose 3 life. Descend 8 — Whenever you draw a card, if there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard, target opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Kicker {U} and/or {B} (You may pay an additional {U} and/or {B} as you cast this spell.) As Urborg Lhurgoyf enters the battlefield, mill three cards for each time it was kicked. Urborg Lhurgoyf's power is equal to the number of creature cards in your graveyard and its toughness is equal to that number plus 1.
Descend 8 — Choose one. If there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard as you cast this spell, choose one or more instead. • Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. • Target opponent discards a card. • Look at the top three cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.
{T}, Remove a counter from another permanent you control: Populate. Activate only as a sorcery.
