Commander
Legendary creatures you control get +X/+X, where X is the number of legendary creatures you control. Whenever you cast a legendary spell from your hand, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a legendary nonland card with lesser mana value. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Flying, vigilance When Icingdeath, Frost Tyrant dies, create Icingdeath, Frost Tongue, a legendary white Equipment artifact token with "Equipped creature gets +2/+0," "Whenever equipped creature attacks, tap target creature defending player controls," and equip {2}.
When Sharae of Numbing Depths enters the battlefield, tap target creature an opponent controls and put a stun counter on it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Whenever you tap one or more untapped creatures your opponents control, draw a card. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Draw
{T}: Draw a card, then exile a card from your hand and put a number of time counters on it equal to its mana value. It gains "When the last time counter is removed from this card, if it's exiled, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. If you cast a creature spell this way, it gains haste until end of turn." Then remove a time counter from each other card you own in exile.
Whenever you scry, the next instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn costs {X} less to cast, where X is the number of cards looked at while scrying this way. +2: Draw a card, then scry 2. −3: Exile the top card of your library. Create a number of 1/1 blue Faerie Dragon creature tokens with flying equal to that card's mana value. Elminster can be your commander.
Whenever you cast a spell with mana value 5 or greater, each opponent reveals the top card of their library. If any of those cards shares a card type with that spell, copy that spell, you may choose new targets for the copy, and each opponent draws a card. Otherwise, you draw a card. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)
At the beginning of your end step, if you've cast a noncreature spell this turn, reveal the top five cards of your library. For each card type among noncreature spells you've cast this turn, you may put a card of that type from among the revealed cards into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
When Volo enters the battlefield, create Volo's Journal, a legendary colorless artifact token with hexproof and "Whenever you cast a creature spell, note one of its creature types that hasn't been noted for this artifact." {2}, {T}: Draw a card for each creature type noted for target permanent you control named Volo's Journal. Enchantment
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Create a Cursed Role token attached to up to one target creature. (If you control another Role on it, put that one into the graveyard. Enchanted creature is 1/1.) II — Scry 2. III — When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell with mana value 3 or less this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Flash When Lost in the Maze enters the battlefield, tap X target creatures. Put a stun counter on each of those creatures you don't control. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.) Tapped creatures you control have hexproof.
When Proft's Eidetic Memory enters the battlefield, draw a card. You have no maximum hand size. At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you've drawn more than one card this turn, put X +1/+1 counters on target creature you control, where X is the number of cards you've drawn this turn minus one.
Land
Thran Portal enters the battlefield tapped unless you control two or fewer other lands. As Thran Portal enters the battlefield, choose a basic land type. Thran Portal is the chosen type in addition to its other types. Mana abilities of Thran Portal cost an additional 1 life to activate.
Protection
Ramp
{T}: Add {U}. {2}{U}: Put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. At the beginning of each upkeep, put an hour counter on Midnight Clock. When the twelfth hour counter is put on Midnight Clock, shuffle your hand and graveyard into your library, then draw seven cards. Exile Midnight Clock.
Menace (This creature can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.) Whenever Rulik Mons, Warren Chief attacks, look at the top card of your library. If it's a land card, you may put it onto the battlefield tapped. If you didn't put a card onto the battlefield this way, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token.
Recursion
Deathtouch Whenever Isareth the Awakener attacks, you may pay {X}. When you do, return target creature card with mana value X from your graveyard to the battlefield with a corpse counter on it. If that creature would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else.
Whenever one or more creature cards are put into your graveyard from anywhere, venture into the dungeon. This ability triggers only once each turn. (To venture into the dungeon, enter the first room or advance to the next room.) Create Undead — Whenever you complete a dungeon, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
{T}: Exile target instant or sorcery card from a graveyard. Roll a d20. Activate only as a sorcery. 1—9 | Copy that card. You may cast the copy. 10—19 | Copy that card. You may cast the copy by paying {1} rather than paying its mana cost. 20 | Copy each card exiled with Wizard's Spellbook. You may cast any number of the copies without paying their mana costs.

{4}, {T}: Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs. 1—9 | X is one. 10—19 | X is two. 20 | X is three.
Tokens
Maybeboard
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to activate abilities of creatures you control. Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them have all activated abilities of all creature cards exiled with Agatha's Soul Cauldron. {T}: Exile target card from a graveyard. When a creature card is exiled this way, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
{3}: Exile another target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay {G/W}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on it. If it's a Unicorn, put two +1/+1 counters on it instead. ({G/W} can be paid with either {G} or {W}.)
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast up to one target card of the other type from your graveyard. If a spell cast from your graveyard this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.) Other creatures you control have dethrone. Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it dies, return that card to the battlefield under your control at the beginning of the next end step.
Whenever Mastermind Plum attacks, exile up to one target card from a graveyard. If an artifact card was exiled this way, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.") Whenever you cast a spell, if mana from a Treasure was spent to cast it, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.
Whenever a nontoken creature an opponent controls dies, exile it. {2}{B}, Put a creature card exiled with Shelob, Dread Weaver into its owner's graveyard: Put two +1/+1 counters on Shelob. Draw a card. {X}{1}{B}: Put target creature card with mana value X exiled with Shelob onto the battlefield tapped under your control.
