Blink
Exile all nontoken creatures you control, then roll a d20. 1—9 | Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. 10—20 | Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control, then exile them again. Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
Creature
At the beginning of combat on your turn, choose target nonland permanent you control. Until end of turn, it becomes a Vehicle artifact with base power and toughness each equal to its mana value, and it gains crew 2 and "Crash Land — Whenever this Vehicle deals damage, roll a six-sided die. If the result is equal to this Vehicle's mana value, sacrifice this Vehicle, then it deals that much damage to any target."
At the beginning of combat on your turn, roll two six-sided dice. For each result of 1, Celebr-8000 gets +1/+1 until end of turn. For each other result, it gains the indicated ability until end of turn. If you rolled doubles, it also gains double strike until end of turn. • 2 — menace • 3 — vigilance • 4 — lifelink • 5 — flying • 6 — indestructible
When Centaur of Attention enters the battlefield, roll five six-sided dice and store those results on it. At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may reroll any number of Centaur of Attention's stored results. Centaur of Attention gets +X/+X, where X is the greatest number of stored results on it of the same value.
Whenever you roll a 4 or higher, create a 3/3 colorless Robot artifact creature token. If you rolled 6 or higher, instead create that token and a Treasure token. {4}, {T}: Roll a six-sided die plus an additional six-sided die for each mana from Treasures spent to activate this ability.
As Vedalken Squirrel-Whacker enters the battlefield, roll a six-sided die twice. Its base power becomes the first result and its base toughness becomes the second result. If you would roll one or more six-sided dice, instead roll them and you may exchange one result with Vedalken Squirrel-Whacker's base power or base toughness.
If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll that many dice plus one and ignore the lowest roll. Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1 counter on Wyll, Blade of Frontiers. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Draw
{2}, {T}: Roll a d20 and subtract the number of cards in your hand. If the result is 0 or less, discard your hand. 1—9 | Return a card at random from your graveyard to your hand. 10—19 | Draw two cards. 20 | Put a creature card from any graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. When that creature dies, its owner loses the game.
Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Each player sacrifices a nontoken creature. Roll a d20 and add the toughness of the creature you sacrificed this way. 1—14 | Return a creature card put into a graveyard this way to the battlefield under your control. 15+ | Return up to two creature cards put into graveyards this way to the battlefield under your control.
Secret council — Each player secretly votes for a creature you don't control, then those votes are revealed. For each creature with one or more votes, put that many stun counters on it, then tap it. (If a permanent with a stun counter would become untapped, remove one from it instead.)
Trample Volatile Rig attacks each combat if able. Whenever Volatile Rig is dealt damage, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Volatile Rig. When Volatile Rig dies, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, it deals 4 damage to each creature and each player.
Sorcery
Each opponent secretly chooses silence or snitch, then the choices are revealed. If each opponent chose silence, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 4 damage to each of them. If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence. Flashback {5}{R}{R}
Secret council — Each player secretly votes for truth or consequences, then those votes are revealed. You draw cards equal to the number of truth votes. Then choose an opponent at random. Truth or Consequences deals 3 damage to that player for each consequences vote.
Tokens
0: Roll a six-sided die. 1 or 2 — [+2], then create two 1/1 green Squirrel creature tokens. They gain haste until end of turn. 3 — [−1], then return a card with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard to your hand. 4 or 5 — Comet, Stellar Pup deals damage equal to the number of loyalty counters on him to a creature or player, then [−2]. 6 — [+1], and you may activate Comet, Stellar Pup's loyalty ability two more times this turn.
