Rivendell

Rivendell enters the battlefield tapped unless you control a legendary creature.

Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that permanent's controller mills a card.

Chrome Mox

Imprint — When Chrome Mox enters the battlefield, you may exile a nonartifact, nonland card from your hand.

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
