If you do, draw a card and create two Treasure tokens."

Dash {1}{R} (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)
When Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice another creature you control. If you do, create a number of Treasure tokens equal to that creature's power. {2}{B}, Sacrifice X artifacts: Return target creature card with power X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. X can't be 0.

You lose 2 life. • Hire a Mercenary — Create a 3/2 colorless Shapeshifter creature token with changeling. You lose 3 life. (It has every creature type.)
When Rain of Riches enters the battlefield, create two Treasure tokens. The first spell you cast each turn that mana from a Treasure was spent to cast has cascade.
