Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order.

Whenever Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token and exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card. Dash {1}{R} (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)

Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Exile X target creatures. For each creature exiled this way, its controller creates a 2/2 green Boar creature token.

Destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Ape creature token.

Choose target opponent. Destroy target land that player controls. The Fall of Kroog deals 3 damage to that player and 1 damage to each creature they control.

Destroy target artifact you don't control. Overload {4}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Ward {2} You may look at the top card of your library any time. The top card of your library has plot. The plot cost is equal to its mana cost. You may plot nonland cards from the top of your library.

Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Flying Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. {2}{U}, Sacrifice Thunderclap Drake: When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy it for each time you've cast your commander from the command zone this game. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Flash When Crackling Spellslinger enters the battlefield, if you cast it, the next instant or sorcery spell you cast this turn has storm. (When you cast that spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Exile the top X cards of your library. You may cast instant and sorcery spells with mana value X or less from among them without paying their mana costs. Then put all cards exiled this way that weren't cast into your graveyard.

You may cast up to one target instant card and/or up to one target sorcery card from your graveyard each with mana value X or less without paying their mana costs. If a spell cast this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. If X is 10 or more, copy each of those spells twice. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Guttersnipe deals 2 damage to each opponent.

Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. Whenever a spell or ability you control counters a spell, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Prowess (Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.) If an ability of a Shaman or another Wizard you control triggers, that ability triggers an additional time.

Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, Ral, Storm Conduit deals 1 damage to target opponent or planeswalker. +2: Scry 1. −2: When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.
