Commander
Creature
When Starving Revenant enters the battlefield, surveil 2. Then for each card you put on top of your library, you draw a card and you lose 3 life. Descend 8 — Whenever you draw a card, if there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard, target opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
Discard
Draw
At the beginning of your end step, you may sacrifice an artifact, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker. If you do, each opponent may sacrifice a permanent that shares a card type with it. For each opponent who doesn't, that player loses 2 life and you draw a card.
Enchantment
When Proft's Eidetic Memory enters the battlefield, draw a card. You have no maximum hand size. At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you've drawn more than one card this turn, put X +1/+1 counters on target creature you control, where X is the number of cards you've drawn this turn minus one.
Land
Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)
Mill
+1: Create a 2/3 blue and black Nightmare creature token with "Whenever this creature attacks or blocks, each opponent exiles the top two cards of their library." −3: Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand, then that player exiles a card from their hand. −7: You may cast up to three spells from among face-up cards your opponents own from exile without paying their mana costs.
+2: Exile the top three cards of target opponent's library. −X: Put a creature card with mana value X exiled with Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver onto the battlefield under your control. That creature is a Nightmare in addition to its other types. −10: Exile all cards from all opponents' hands and graveyards.
Horrors you control have menace. Whenever a Horror you control deals combat damage to a player, that player mills that many cards. At the beginning of your end step, choose target artifact or creature card in an opponent's graveyard that was put there from their library this turn. Put it onto the battlefield under your control.
Consuming Aberration's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your opponents' graveyards. Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then puts those cards into their graveyard.
Planeswalker
If you would pay life while your library has at least that many cards in it, exile that many cards from the top of your library instead. +1: Look at the top two cards of your library. Exile one of them and put the other into your hand. −2: Create two 1/1 black Nightmare creature tokens with "At the beginning of combat on your turn, if a card was put into exile this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature." −7: Target player exiles the top X cards of their library, where X is the total mana value of cards you own in exile.
Ramp
Menace As an additional cost to cast black permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {B} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of black mana you pay. Whenever you cast a black permanent spell, target creature you control gets +1/+1 and gains menace until end of turn.
Recursion
Removal
Flash Flying When Dream Eater enters the battlefield, surveil 4. When you do, you may return target nonland permanent an opponent controls to its owner's hand. (To surveil 4, look at the top four cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
Sac Outlet
When Woe Strider enters the battlefield, create a 0/1 white Goat creature token. Sacrifice another creature: Scry 1. Escape—{3}{B}{B}, Exile four other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.) Woe Strider escapes with two +1/+1 counters on it.
Theft
Arvinox, the Mind Flail isn't a creature unless you control three or more permanents you don't own. At the beginning of your end step, exile the bottom card of each opponent's library face down. For as long as those cards remain exiled, you may look at them, you may cast permanent spells from among them, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Menace Whenever Elder Brain attacks a player, exile all cards from that player's hand, then they draw that many cards. You may play lands and cast spells from among the exiled cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
