Target player sacrifices half the permanents they control, rounded down. Suspend 2—{2}{B}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{B}{B} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if Curse of the Cabal is suspended, that player may sacrifice a permanent. If the player does, put two time counters on Curse of the Cabal.
Bargain (You may sacrifice an artifact, enchantment, or token as you cast this spell.) Look at the top four cards of your library. If this spell was bargained, look at the top eight cards of your library instead. Put two of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Target permanent's controller sacrifices it. If the player does, they reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with the sacrificed permanent, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Splice onto Arcane {2}{U}{U} (As you cast an Arcane spell, you may reveal this card from your hand and pay its splice cost. If you do, add this card's effects to that spell.)
Bargain (You may sacrifice an artifact, enchantment, or token as you cast this spell.) If this spell was bargained, look at the top four cards of your library, then put up to two of them back on top of your library in any order and the rest into your graveyard. You draw two cards and you lose 2 life.
