The Ozolith

Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on The Ozolith.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if The Ozolith has counters on it, you may move all counters from The Ozolith onto target creature.

Lazav, Wearer of Faces

Whenever Lazav, Wearer of Faces attacks, exile target card from a graveyard, then investigate. (Create a Clue token. It's an artifact with "{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.")
Whenever you sacrifice a Clue, you may have Lazav become a copy of a creature card exiled with it until end of turn.

Ripples of Potential

Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out.
