Celebr-8000

At the beginning of combat on your turn, roll two six-sided dice. For each result of 1, Celebr-8000 gets +1/+1 until end of turn. For each other result, it gains the indicated ability until end of turn. If you rolled doubles, it also gains double strike until end of turn.

Vial Smasher the Fierce

Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, choose an opponent at random. Vial Smasher the Fierce deals damage equal to that spell's mana value to that player or a planeswalker that player controls.

Grave Endeavor

Roll two d10 and choose one result. Return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to that result. Then each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is the other result.

Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.
When you roll a natural 20, return Critical Hit from your graveyard to your hand. (A natural 20 is a roll that displays 20 on the die.)

1—9 | Create two 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens.
10—19 | Create two 2/2 white Knight creature tokens.

Priority Boarding

Whenever you roll a die, you may reveal the top card of your library. Do this only once each turn. Whenever you reveal a card with mana value less than the result this way, you may exile it. If you do, you may play it this turn.

Night Shift of the Living Dead

After you roll a die, you may pay 1 life. If you do, increase or decrease the result by 1. Do this only once each turn.

Roll two d6 and choose one result. Destroy each creature with power greater than or equal to that result. Then create a number of 2/2 white Knight creature tokens with vigilance equal to the other result.

Exile all nontoken creatures you control, then roll a d20.
1—9 | Return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence.
