Get Will out 1 turn before Rowan, so that when Rowan suicides her -8, you can keep Will with his -8. This causes all instant/sorceries to be copied twice and all activated abilities to be triggered twice. Along with your cheaper instants/sorceries, you are able to pull off moves like casting 3 copies of Mnemonic deluge, to cast 9 copies of apex of power and 9 copies of 2 other spells, for 3 mana. Talk about a ritual, thats 87 extra mana, split into 9 colors. Additionally, I kept the price in mind, and may end up building this if I end up getting friends into oath breaker.\n\nIt has several different options for signature spells, all of which except Mnemonic Deluge have a cost reducer, convoke, or an alternative cost, allowing them to be played more often. 3 of them are in the sideboard rather than in the deck, including the singularly most powerful, and most expensive, of them, archive trap, which can mill an opponent out of the game for 12 mana off a single trigger, or for free, depending on how the alt cost works. More likely, you get over half their deck on the first trigger, and then need 2 more to put them out, but searching through the library isn't uncommon at all. Alternatively and cheaper, Gush is a semi-free draw 2 for the whole game and pairs well with Conflagrate's flashback & makes allows one to switch non-basic lands to basic without many issues, Fury of the Horde and Ensnare pair well for pulling 3 combats with no defenders, but crowd's favor and volcanic salvo fit into Izzet better on their own, while being less synergetic with this particular deck or any of the possible blue pairs.\n\nNote, there are 3 silver-bordered cards in the maybeboard and 3 non-silver cards in the deck and maybeboard. I find those silver-boarded cards fun in a large group, and figured it would translate well to oathbreaker. They aren't allowed, so the 3 non-silvered are replacements, and can alternatively replace more expensive cards if playing with silver cards as normally allowed.\n"}]}
