The fastest way to select your whole deck is to set your \"Group by\" option on the deck page to \"Full Deck\", click the three dot menu next to the full deck category, and click \"Select All\". On the card modal that pops up, you can select custom categories from a dropdown, which will include any categories that you made previously but are now empty.
